GRAVITY

Gravity is a 2013 British-American 3D thriller and space drama film. It was directed, co-written, co-produced and co-edited by Alfonso Cuarón, and stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney as astronauts involved in the mid-orbit destruction of a space shuttle and their attempt to return to Earth.
Gravity won 7 oscars.



The film is set during fictitious space shuttle mission STS-157. Dr. Ryan Stone is a medical engineer on her first space shuttle mission aboard the space shuttle Explorer. She is accompanied by veteran astronaut Matt Kowalski, who is commanding his final expedition. During a spacewalk to service the Hubble Space Telescope, Mission Control in Houston warns the team about a Russian missile strike on a defunct satellite, which has caused a chain reaction forming a cloud of debris in space. Mission Control orders that the mission be aborted and the shuttle begin re-entry immediately. Communication with Mission Control is lost shortly after.
High-speed debris strikes the Explorer and Hubble, and detaches Stone from the shuttle, leaving her tumbling through space. Kowalski, using a Manned Maneuvering Unit, soon recovers Stone and they make their way back to the Space Shuttle. They discover that it has suffered catastrophic damage and the crew is dead. They use the thruster pack to make their way to the International Space Station (ISS), which is in orbit only about 900 mi (1,450 km) away. Kowalski estimates they have 90 minutes before the debris field completes an orbit and threatens them again.

ARROZ A LA BOLOÑESA

INGEDIENTES:

- 250 gramos de arroz tipo bomba. 
- 350 gramos de carne de ternera picada. 
- 1 cebolleta fresca. 
- 3 tomates. 
- 2 dientes de ajo.
- unas ramitas de perejil.
- una pizca de albahaca seca.
  sal. 
- 1 pizca de pimienta negra. 
- 2 cucharadas soperas de queso parmesano rallado. 
- 2 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla. 
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.


COMO PREPARARLO 

Sazonamos la carne con sal y pimienta y reservamos en la nevera durante
20 minutos.
Sofreimos en la mantequilla y el aceite, el ajo y la cebolla picada en brounoisse picadito fino.
una vez cocinado el sofrito de la cebolla, añadimos la carne picada sazonada y removemos en la cazuela al fuego hasta que tome color de cocinada.
A continuacion, añadimos los tomates pelados y picados, el perejil, la albahaca y dejamos cocer a fuego moderado sin dejar de remover.
una vez cocinada la carne, agregamos el arroz a la cazuela mezclandolo con la carne estofada.
Sofreimos el conjunto del arroz y la carne un poco mas y mojamos con agua caliente el doble de volumen de agua que de arroz.
Dejamos que cueza el conjunto 20 minutos a fuego suave.
Una vez cocinado el arroz y fuera del fuego, acompañamos con el queso rallado por encima.

ALBONDIGAS CON SALSA

ALBONDIGAS CON SALSA

INGREDIENTES:

- 4 cucharadas de aceite
- 400 ccs de agua
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 2 hebrases de azafrán
- 500 gramos de carne picada
- 20 gramos de cebolla
- 80 gramos de harina
- 1 huevo
- 6 cucharadas de pan rallado
- 1 pizca de perejil
- 1 pizca de sal

- 120 ccs de vino blanco



INSTRUCCIONES: 

1. Se pone en un bol la carne picada con ajo, perejil, huevo batido, el pan rallado y la sal y se amasa.

2. Se hacen las bolas con las manos y se les pasa por la harina y se echan en una sartén con el aceite caliente.

3. Se reservan cuando están fritas.

4. En otra sartén se pone aceite y se fríe la cebolla hasta que esté dorada, se incorpora una cucharada de harina y se dora ligeramente, se echa el vaso de vino, el azafrán, la sal, el perejil, y si es necesario un poco de agua, se deja cocer unos minutos a fuego lento y se incorporan las albóndigas, se dejan cocer unos 15 minutos más.

5, Se sirve caliente.

CARRILERAS DE CERDO

Ingredientes:

-1L de fondo de carne

-2 Cebollas medianas

-el mismo peso de las cebollas Zanahorias

-1/2 Cabeza de ajo

-150 ml Coñac

-1 rama Romero

-1 rama Tomillo

-Aceite de oliva

-Sal

-Pimienta negra

Elaboración:

-Asegurarnos de que las carrilleras están bien limpias, esto es, que no tienen telillas blancas, grasa, ni tendones, ya que hay que retirarlo todo. Pregunta a tu carnicero si lo puede hacer él, porque en casa, si no tienes experiencia, es un poco trabajoso al principio..

-Picar la cebolla y la zanahoria en mirepoix, no es necesario que sea muy fino.

-Poner un chorro de aceite en una cazuela, salpimentar las carrilleras, y sellarlas bien por todas partes, para que no pierdan sus jugos durante la cocción y se queden demasiado pequeñas. Se trata de sellar, no de cocinar la carne, por lo que el aceite debe estar caliente y debes oír cómo chisporrotea la carne.

-Verás cómo se va formando un poco de “socarrat” en la cazuela. No te preocupes, eso dará un sabor delicioso a la salsa más tarde, cuando añadas el fondo de carne, pero sí es importante que ese socarrat no se queme, no se ponga negro, porque dará un sabor amargo y se echará a perder el guiso. Por tanto, que el aceite esté caliente, pero hay que vigilar que no lo quememos. Si vemos que se nos empieza a quemar, es mejor terminar de sellar las carrilleras en una sartén antiadherente, y luego colar todo el aceitillo sobrante en la cazuela principal.

-Una vez doradas las carrilleras, las reservamos en una fuente, y en la cazuela que hemos usado, y con el mismo aceite, rehogamos la cebolla y la zanahoria a media temperatura. Cuando las tengamos pochadas, unos 15 o 20 minutos más tarde, añadimos el coñac, removemos, y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol unos tres o cuatro minutos.

-Para finalizar, echamos los dientes de ajo un poco aplastados, y las hierbas aromáticas, a ser posible atadas con un hilo para que sea más fácil retirarlas luego. Rehogamos un par de minutos, añadimos las carrilleras, y el litro de fondo de carne. Sazonamos un poco (dejándolo un poco soso, porque la salsa reducirá y por tanto se concentrará el sabor de sal), y esperamos a que hierva. En ese momento metemos la cazuela en el horno, precalentado a 160º C, durante dos horas y media, con calor arriba y abajo y sin ventilador. Si usas ventilador, pon el horno a 150º.

-Al cabo de ese tiempo destapamos la cazuela y tocamos una carrillera. Si vemos que está blandita y que con la presión se empieza a deshacer, es que ya están listas.

-Si estás haciendo las carrilleras para comerlas al día siguiente, déjalas enfriar tal cual y mételas en la nevera o sácalas al exterior si es invierno. Al día siguiente podrás retirar muy fácilmente la grasa que haya subido a la superficie.

-Si las vas a comer en ese momento, saca las carrilleras con cuidado ayudándote de una espumadera y déjalas en un bol, retirando con una cuchara la grasa que haya podido subir. Cuela bien el caldo, échalo en el bol de las carrilleras, pero pon una parte a reducir en un cazo, hasta que haya espesado un poco y tome una consistencia aterciopelada.
-Prueba la salsa de sal, rectifica si es necesario, y ya puedes servir el platazo: Coloca las carrilleras en un plato, báñalas con la salsa, y decora con un poco de romero. A mí me gusta acompañarlas de un buen puré de patatas, aunque hay muchos que prefieren unas buenas patatas fritas. De cualquier forma, están impresionantes…

LOMO EN SALSA DE MOSTAZA

Ingredientes 4 comensales
-          8 filetes Lomo de cerdo
·          un bote Champiñones
·          200ml Nata para cocinar
·          una copa Brandy
·          una cucharada Maizena
·          una poca Sal
·          una poca Pimienta negra
·          una pastilla Caldo de carne concentrado
·          Aceite de oliva
·          un vaso Agua


Elaboración:
Ponemos sal y pimienta a los filetes de lomo y untamos cada filete por ambas caras con mostaza
En una sartén ponemos aceite y cuando esté caliente freímos los filetes y reservamos en un plato.
En la misma sartén ponemos los champiñones y le damos unas vueltas regamos con el coñac y flambeamos.
Hay que tener la precaución de apagar el aspirador y bajar el fuego antes de flambear.

Una vez que se ha consumido el alcohol, añadimos el vaso de agua en el que habremos disuelto la cucharada de harina fina de maíz, la pastilla de caldo concentrado, la nata y 3 cucharadas de mostaza, dejar hervir unos minutos y añadir los filetes de lomo que tenemos reservados rectificar de sal y si nos hiciera falta podemos añadir un poco más de agua, dejar cocer a fuego lento unos 15 minutos.

FORREST GUMP

Forrest Gump is an american  epic romantic comedy-drama film based on the 1986 novel of the same name by Winston Groom. The film was directed by Robert Zemeckis and starred Tom Hanks, Robin Wright, Gary Sinise and Sally Field. 
The story depicts several decades in the life of Forrest Gump, a naïve and slow-witted yet athletically prodigious native of Alabama who witnesses, and in some cases influences, some of the defining events between 1944 and 1982 (Forrest's birth) in the United States; more specifically.

While waiting at a bus stop, Forrest Gump begins telling the story of his life to strangers sitting near him on the bench. His story begins with the leg braces he had to wear when he was a child, which resulted in his being bullied by other children. He lives with his mother, and one day he meets Jenny, with whom he immediately falls in love, and they become best friends. One day, while fleeing from some bullies, Forrest's leg braces break apart and fall away and he discovers that he can run very fast which, despite his below-average intelligence, earns him a scholarship to the University of Alabama from Bear Bryant. While in college, he witnesses George Wallace's Stand in the Schoolhouse Door, is named an All-American football player, and meets President John F. Kennedy.
 After graduating, Forrest enlists in the United States Army, where he befriends Benjamin Buford "Bubba" Blue, and they agree to go into the shrimping business together. Later, he discovers an aptitude for ping pong and begins playing for the U.S. Army team. 
Forrest is discharged from the military and uses money from a ping pong endorsement to buy a shrimping boat, fulfilling his wartime promise to Bubba, and names it "Jenny". Dan keeps his own promise and joins Forrest as first mate. They initially have little luck, but after Hurricane Carmen destroys every other shrimping boat in the region, the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company becomes a huge success due to the elimination of competition. 
Jenny returns to visit Forrest and stays with him. He proposes but she turns him down. They make love, but she quietly slips away the next morning...

Tortilla de patatas

La tortilla de patatas o tortilla española (llamada en Argentina y Uruguay tortilla de papas) es una tortilla (es decir, huevo batido y luego frito) con patatas. Se trata de una de las preparaciones más clásicas de la cocina española que puede encontrarse en cualquier bar o restaurante de España.

TORTILLA DE PATATAS PARA 2- 4 PERSONAS

INGREDIENTES:
- 2 o 3 patatas
- 4 o 5 huevos
- Aceite
- Sal
- Cebolla (opcional)

PREPARACIÓN:
1. Verter los huevos en un plató hondo i añadir sal, a continuación batir hasta que se vean burbujitas.
2. Pelar, limpiar i cortar la patata, puede ser a tiras o a daditos.
3. Poner en una sartén con aceite a freír las patatas (si queréis añadir cebolla cortada a trocitos). Consejo: cuando estén echas  las podéis  chafar un poco.
4. Quitar parte del aceite de la sartén y añadir los huevos batidos.
5. Fuego medio, 3 min +/-, Atención: Procurar que no se enganche la tortilla a la sartén.
6. Con ayuda de un plató girar la tortilla con cuidado y ponerla 2 min. más a la sartén.
7. Servir en un plató y disfrutar.




The Spanish omelette or Spanish tortilla ( Argentina and Uruguay call omelette ) is a tortilla ( beaten egg and then fried) potatoes. This is one of the classic preparations of Spanish cuisine that can be found in any bar or restaurant in Spain.
POTATO TORTILLA FOR 2-4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 4 or 5 eggs
- Oil
- Salt
- Onion (optional )

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the eggs into a deep bowl and add salt, then beat until bubbles are seen.
2. Peel, clean and cut the potatoes, they can be shredded or diced.
3. Put on a pan with oil to fry potatoes (if you want to add chopped onion) . Tip: you can mash them a little while frying.
4. Remove some of the oil from the pan and add the beaten eggs.
5. Medium heat, 3 min + / - , Attention: Ensure that the tortilla to the pan is not engaging.
6. Using a set turn the omelette carefully and put 2 min. more to the pan.
7. Serve on a set and enjoy.

"Polseres vermelles"

Hi followers, in this week I'm going to talk about "polseres vermelles". Is a serie from Spain writing by Albert Espinosa. It has 2 seasons. The first season aired on TV3 in 2011, with a second season planned for 2013. The show was created by Albert Espinosa and draws on his childhood experiences as a hospital patient. In October 2011, it was announced that Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks and Marta Kauffman had reached an agreement with TV3 for an American remake of Polseres Vermelles.[2]

The show tells the story of a group of Catalan children and teenagers who meet as patients in the children's wing of a hospital. Themes include friendship, the will to live, and the desire to overcome adversity. The main characters are:

Lleó (Àlex Monner). The leader. He turns 15 during the first season and has been at the hospital for two years. He has cancer and has had leg amputated.

       
Jordi (Igor Szpakowski). The second leader (who would be the leader if the leader weren't there). He arrives at the hospital in the first episode. He is 14 years old. He has cancer and has to have a leg amputated.



Cristina (Joana Vilapuig). The girl. She is the only girl in the "Polseres". She lives on a different floor. She suffers from anorexia. During the first season, she debates whether she is in love with Jordi or Lleó.



Ignasi (Mikel Iglesias). The handsome one. He is admitted to the hospital after fainting on the playground. At first, he doesn't want to make friends, but as it becomes clear that he will be hospitalized for some time he joins the "Polseres".



Toni (Marc Balaguer). The clever one. He is the oldest of the "Polseres", but he seems like a young child. He has Asperger's syndrome, which makes him seem a bit odd. He arrives at the hospital because of a motorcycle accident.



Roc (Nil Cardoner). The indispensable one. The kid of the group. He is in a coma after jumping off a diving board. His mother visits him frequently and speaks to him. He has a special relationship with Toni because he can communicate with him despite being in a coma. Roc serves as the show's narrator.

INCEPTION

Inception is a 2010 British-American science fiction heist thriller film written, co-produced, and directed by Christopher Nolan. The film stars a large ensemble cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, Dileep Rao, Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger, and Michael Caine. 


Dominick "Dom" Cobb and business partner Arthur are "extractors" (people who perform corporate espionage using an experimental military technology to infiltrate the subconscious of their targets and extract information while experiencing shared dreaming). Their latest target is Japanese businessman Saito. The extraction fails when sabotaged by a memory of Cobb's deceased wife Mal. After Cobb's and Arthur's associate sells them out, Saito reveals that he was actually auditioning the team to perform the difficult act of "inception" (planting an idea in a person's subconscious).

In order to break up the energy conglomerate of ailing competitor Maurice Fischer, Saito wants Cobb to plant the idea of dissolving the company into the mind of Fischer's heir, son Robert Fischer. Should Cobb succeed, Saito tells Cobb he will use his influence to clear Cobb of a murder charge, which will allow Cobb to return home and to his children. Cobb accepts Saito's offer. Cobb sets about assembling his team: Eames, a conman and identity forger; Yusuf, a chemist who concocts the powerful sedativefor a stable "dream within a dream" strategy; Ariadne , an architecture student tasked with designing the labyrinth of the dream landscapes; and Arthur.  Cobb starts showing the world of the "extractors".

How I Met Your Mother

Hi followers.I am going to talk about How I Met Your Mother is an American sitcom created by Craig Thomas and Carter Bays and premiered on CBS on September 19, 2005. It stars Josh Radnor, Neil Patrick Harris, Cobie Smulders, Alyson Hannigan, and Jason Segel. It has 9 seasons. The series is broadcast in the U.S. on CBS.


In 2030, architect Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) decides to tell his two children the story of how he met their mother. So, he moved up to 2005, year in which two of his best friends Marshall (Jason Segel) and Lily (Alyson Hannigan) decide to get married after nine years as a couple. That decision makes Ted, hardened like Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) bachelor, decides to find the love of his life. Interestingly, it appears at this moment the new Canadian reporter and friend of the group Robin (Cobie Smulders) and begin the search for the mysterious mother.

THE WOLF OF WALL STREET

Directed by Martin Scorsese, this film is based on the memories of Jordan Belfort. The screenplay was written by Terence Winter and film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Belfort, alongside Jonah Hill, Jean Dujardin, Rob Reiner, Kyle Chandler and Matthew McConaughey, among others. The Wolf of Wall Street is the fifth collaboration between Scorsese and DiCaprio.

Jordan Belfort decided to work on Wall Street in signing Mark Hanna, which advises on how to live on Wall Street: drugs and sex with prostitutes. Once is licensed stockbroker, Jordan loses his job: the company you work falls into failed after the known black Mondays. 
Jordan Belfort, advised by his wife, goes to a small company in Long Island that sells shares of stock to small businesses. He decides to apply their knowledge and earn lots of money. While striking his neighbor Donnie Azoff (Jonah Hill), who decides to quit his job and be his assistant. Soon they decided to open his own business brokers: Stratton Oakmont. And hire former colleagues and acquaintances Donnie.Stratton Belfort is soon Oakmont billion bill, he is interviewed by Forbes and gets a nickname: the Wolf of Wall Street.

KICK-ASS 2

This film is the second part of Kick-ass.

Dave Lizewski, bored after having retired from fighting crime as Kick-ass, he begins training with Mindy Macready (Hit Girl) to become a proper hero. Meanwhile, Chris D'Amico and his mother Angie argue over the death of his father. Frustrated, Chris kicks the tanning bed Angie is using, causing it to short-circuit and kill her. Now with control over his family's wealth, Chris reinvents himself as "The Motherfucker" and swears vengeance on Kick-Ass.
Mindy's guardian, Marcus, discovers she is still fighting crime and makes her promise to give it up. Dave's girlfriend, Katie Deauxma, has noticed Dave behaving strangely and breaks up with him, believing he is cheating on her with Mindy. Kick-Ass joins the superhero team Justice Forever, led by Colonel Stars and Stripes; it includes Battle Guy (Dave's friend, Marty), Dr. Gravity, Insect Man, Night-Bitch, and the parents of a missing child named Tommy. The team starts out working at soup kitchens and patrolling the streets before taking on the larger task of shutting down a brothel. Kick-Ass begins a relationship with Night Bitch, and he and Marty try to get their friend Todd involved with heroics, but instead alienate him by calling his chosen identity, Ass Kicker.

Hi followers, this week I'm going to talk about Glee. Glee is a series of comic-musical television broadcast on Fox from 19 May 2009.1 It is set in the glee club "New Directions" from a high school in Lima, Ohio, where members face romantic relationships, sexuality and discrimination. This serie has 5 seasons. And of the has 96 episodies.

The initial allocation of the main characters included Spanish teacher Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester of (Jane Lynch), guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury's (Jayma Mays), Will's wife Terri Schuester (Jessalyn Gilsig ) and eight club members played by Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Jenna Ushkowitz.

Hi followers, in this post I'm going to talk about Modern Family  is an American comedy serie which debuted on ABC on September 23, 2009.  Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan conceived the series while sharing stories of their own "modern families". Modern Family has 5 seasons.

In modern family are three families, Gloria has a son called Manny and she is marred with Jay. Joseph was born of their relationship. Jay's ex-wife has two kids with him, Mitchell and Claire. Claire is married with Phil and have three kids, Haley, Alex and Luke. Mitchell is married with Cameron and in first season adopted a girl from Vietnam called Lily. Each chapter stories that happen every day things is told. Gradually the family grows more familiar.

KICK-ASS

Kick-ass is asuperhero comedy film based in the comic Kick-ass, writted by Mark Millar and John Romita, Jr. This film was directed by Mathew Vaughn and co-produced with Brad Pitt.


Dave (Aaron Johnson) is a normal teenager who lives in New York. One day Dave buys a suit, and after making modifications, he turn into a superhero in the real life. After his first meeting with the crime, it takes him to be knifed and run over, leaving him with permanent nerve damage, hein. 
He was in love with Katie (Lyndsy Fonseca), who immediately attempts to be friends. After intervening in a gang attack, Dave's actions are recorded by a bystander and the video is uploaded to the Internet, making him a celebrity. Calling himself "Kick-Ass", he creates a MySpace account, 
so that the people can be contacted to be helped. After responding to a request from Katie, discovers that it's a drug dealer, Rasul (Kofi Natei), who has been harassing. Rasul and his thugs quickly dominate, but is rescued by a vigilante eleven year old Hit-Girl (Chloë Grace Moretz), who kills Rasul, then kill all the thugs Rasul and leaves with his father, Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage). Big Daddy is Damon Macready, a former cop who has a grudge against longtime crime boss Frank D'Amico (Mark Strong) to formulate it as a drug dealer. His former partner of the Police Department of New York, Marcus Williams (Omari Hardwick), became tutor of his daughter Mindy. Big Daddy, however, has reclaimed Mindy and is training to be an expert crime fighter.

I recomend this film because it's very funny i think that you can have a good time watching it :)
